No account creation is required to place an order. You may shop as a guest at any time.

3. Products & Descriptions

We take great care to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices displayed on our website are accurate and up to date. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to differences in screen displays and monitor settings.

Decor Edge reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product details at any time without prior notice.

4. Customised & Personalised Products

Decor Edge proudly offers bespoke and customised home decor products designed specifically to your requirements. Please note the following terms for all custom orders:

All custom orders are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted on personalised or made-to-order items.
You are responsible for ensuring all details provided for customisation (text, size, colour preferences, etc.) are accurate at the time of ordering.
Decor Edge will not be liable for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.
Custom orders may require additional production time beyond our standard processing window. You will be informed of the estimated timeline before your order is confirmed.
Once a custom order is confirmed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Orders will only be processed once payment has been confirmed. For COD orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery. Decor Edge reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of payment failure or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp. This confirmation does not constitute a binding contract until your order has been dispatched.

Decor Edge reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion — for example, in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.

Customers wishing to cancel a standard order must do so before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are 3 to 5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Shipping charges vary by city and are calculated at checkout. Orders above Rs. 5,000 qualify for free shipping.

Decor Edge is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund process is governed by our dedicated Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in that policy.

Key highlights include a 15-day return window for eligible items, a 30% deduction on approved refunds, and no returns on sale items, discount code orders, or customised products.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Decor Edge website — including but not limited to logos, product images, graphics, text, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of Decor Edge and is protected under applicable laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Decor Edge.

10. Limitation of Liability

Decor Edge shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our website and shall not be responsible for any losses resulting from technical issues, downtime, or unauthorised access to user data.
